Delivery policy

At The Kensingtonian, we offer free delivery to all orders with a minimum spend of £60. For orders under £60, a nominal delivery fee of £5.95 will be applied.

Standard delivery is used on all orders that are to be delivered to the UK mainland.

Our delivery provider intends to deliver within 3 working days for orders placed by 1pm between Monday and Friday, excluding bank holidays.

While we aim to deliver without undue delay, kindly note that some areas may experience longer delivery times.

We send parcels through trusted delivery partners to ensure that your items arrive in a timely and safe manner. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time, as orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours of purchase during business days.

If your order consists of products from multiple brands, your items may arrive in separate parcels. Don’t worry, this is to ensure the speedy and efficient delivery of each item.

Please note that our delivery partners deliver daily between 8am and 8pm. They will attempt to deliver your purchase up to three times. If the delivery cannot be completed due to being unable to reach you or if no one is available to receive the package, they may leave it at a safe location or with a neighbour at your discretion. However, please note that we will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages if you opt to have them left in a safe location or with a neighbour.

If an item is lost or delayed, please contact us immediately and we’ll investigate and do our best to locate it. We’ll consider claims for lost items sent after 10 working days from the latest due date, but not before.
